The graph illustrates that two distinct points (z1 and z2) in the complex plane may have multiple possible paths between them. Unlike the real number line, where there exists only one path and hence one distance between two points, there are multiple distinct paths between complex numbers. In some cases, this can affect the integral (or length) between two complex points.
